Repurposed jumper

 So I run into this problem a lot when shopping for clothes for my daughter… She is only three years old, and most of the dresses for her size barely go past her bottom (and her size skirts, well, they’re basically underwear with ruffles on them) If I get a dress that is an appropriate length, it is going to be way too large in the blouse area. So here’s a jumper I found, it’s size 7/8 (Elvia is supposed to be in size 2or3T) and it’s just about the right length for my little girl. But the straps kept falling off her shoulders and the blouse area was just way too big so here’s what I did to it.

And the after. She now has a skirt. And calls it her dancing skirt because she can spin around in it😅❤️
