Sorry it seems like time goes so quickly, before I know it it’s been a week or two since anyone has posted. Busy as usual. Grandma L and grandpa Ron’s house is really coming along quickly. Corban along with family and friends have been working on the new place a lot. There are plans in the works for My great aunt Michelle to move down here soon as well!
The kiddos are all growing SUPER FAST!!! Austin can walk and run now and has the most contagious grin I’ve ever seen! He’s very captivated by his cousins, especially lilDavid. Little David is busy acting like a boy now and loves to do projects and enjoys quality time (especially with daddy). Elvia is as GIRLY as they come (I’m not sure if I’m qualified to handle this level of girliness) she runs like a girl, whines like a girl, plays like a girl, loves babies, and has an obsession with the newest baby in church, Henry, who she calls “baby Hendwy”. Steven Charles goes by MrSteve, Steven, Steve, Baby brother, Chubby bubby, Bubbuh, Chubbalishious... I think you get the idea, he’s six months old and super fat and happy... although he is quite bossy if he feels like he’s getting ignored, then he starts making very loud obnoxious baby pterodactyl noises. He doesn’t cry much but he sure can crank out the baby pterodactyl noises...
For those of you who might not know, Megan is expecting a baby towards the end of May. It will be fun to see Austin being a big brother!
Now here is a random selection of photos made even more random by the fact that my phone refuses to load the pictures in the order I select them.
Steven likes to hang out outside, just like his daddy
There was a used children’s clothing sale in Springfield last week that a couple of us gals went to. Here is Megan with Austin and then Heidi with Elvia’s favorite baby in the whole wide world, Baby Henry.
Somebody wore himself out!
We have new neighbors and they have a little boy that’s David age. So the other day little David invited him to come over and see the baby goats.
Caught a little moment of sweetness
I just get a big kick out of this onesie.
Here’s another image from the Springfield children’s clothing sale…
Grandma’s house, although it’s even much farther along than this now.
After the clothing sale we stopped at five guys burgers where Austin won everyone’s hearts by shouting out the number of the next order that was ready... I mean hey, if the lady can shout 56 he might as well do it too!
You’ve probably already guessed, Elvia’s favorite baby… I have to wonder if the next baby that comes along will steal his title or if he’ll stay her favorite for quite a while.
Bringing flowers to an elderly neighbor
Story time with buddy… Although I will confess it’s not as peaceful as it looks in the photo. Little David often gets frustrated that Steven is only interested in smacking the pages and eating them.
Visiting an elderly man who lives way in the back hills of Cassville. He’s lived in this house entire life, is in his 90s now, and doesn’t have much for visitors so we try to stop in and check on him as often as we can.
Thanks for checking in on us! Hope you enjoyed the update. We also had some fun visitors last week maybe I’ll be able to share pictures from that in a later post. For now, God bless and love sent to all! Brianna
