Fish & Chips!

The fish & chips truck is in town today ... guess what I'm having for dinner? :)

I have a post in the works sharing photos of our recent family dinner ... but be sure to check out the last few posts! Brianna shared photos of Ron's little party, and Molly shared a very creative sauce for sauerkraut. Clever!!

I might also share a few gardening photos and thoughts for this year. We'll see. I did manage to tidy up the strawberry rows, fertilize, and straw them. Today I got a few places ready for spinach and carrots, broadcasted the seeds in haphazard fashion, and strawed them. It's supposed to rain tonight and tomorrow, but if there's a break, I'll go out and fertilize a few more things.
